Complaints and Suggestions
We always aim to provide a high quality service to all our service users, however, we appreciate that at times we may fall below these standards and that there may be room for improvement.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, we want you to tell us, by making a complaint.
This gives us an opportunity to listen to your comments and views, help resolve your issue and to help us learn lessons on how to provide a better service for everyone.

We report to Committee on a monthly basis and each year we complete the Annual Return onn the Charter for the Scottish Housing Regulator.
