Service Users' Panel
We have many different ways for tenants and residents to get involved or to tell us their views on various issues from service delivery to how we prioritise how we spend tenants rent money.
The Service User Panel was established in April 2013 and is a direct way for service users to affect the decisions made by the Association and gives staff the opportunity to listen to their customers views on lots of different topics including the way we deliver our services, ideas for improvement and on the Annual Return on the Charter (ARC).
We aim to have up to 15 Members on the Panel at any one time and hope to encourage people from all ages to join so that the Panel is representative of our community.
The Panel meets approximately every 6 weeks, usually on a Tuesday evening between 6:00pm and 7:30pm. The time and day is flexible, however, and is set by the Panel Members. So, if you are interested in getting involved but a Tuesday evening is not suitable to you, please still get in touch and let us know when is a good time.
