The Association operates an "Equal Opportunities" Policy and will ensure that everyone regardless of race, colour, ethnic or national origin, disability, sexual orientation or religion has equal access to its housing. Anyone aged 16 years or older is eligible to apply and have their application assessed. We operate a needs based allocation policy and award points to each applicant according to their individual circumstances.
You can apply to as many housing providers as you want, so if you have an application for housing elsewhere and want to be considered for housing in Govan, you can apply to us too.
