Senior Staff
Chief Executive
The Association's New Chief Executive is Kenny Mollins. Kenny was appointed Chief Executive of the Association in May 2010, prior to which he was the Depute Director at Cadder Housing Association where he had a lead role in the provision of core services and regeneration activity.
Assistant Chief Executive
Overall responsibility for financial management of the Association's affairs lies with Stephen McCabe. Stephen joined the association as Finance Manager in 1997 and now holds the post of Assistant Chief Executive. Stephen has several years housing association finance experience, prior to which he worked in a local authority and is a part qualified public sector accountant.
Development Manager
Fiona Maguire has responsibility for development, is a qualified architect and previously worked for Key Housing Association and in private practice.
Housing Manager
Liz Wylie is the Association's Housing Manager. Liz has worked in social housing both for Scottish Homes and housing associations for a number of years. She holds qualifications in housing and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Maintenance Manager
Tim Holmes took up his post with the Association in December 2004. Tim was previously employed as Capital Programme Officer for West Dunbartonshire Council and has several years experience in public sector housing. He holds an honours degree and a housing qualification and Tim is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
