You can report a repair in a number of ways:

If an emergency happens outwith office hours, you should phone the Association's emergency contractor. Their number is available on the Association's out of hours answering machine. The number is also displayed in the window of our office and in our newsletter. The numbers are also available here.
If you call out an emergency contractor and it is not an emergency, or you are not at home when they arrive, you will be charged for the cost of the call out.
