Temp Housing Maintenance Joiner We are currently reviewing our staff structure and have a temporary position for an experienced maintenance/jobbing joiner until that review is complete.
You will be a time-served joiner and have substantial experience of working unsupervised in occupied properties carrying out various maintenance works such as: repairing timber windows, repairing and replacing floors, replacing internal and external flat doors, fitting and replacing various types of locks and ironmongery, repairing kitchens, replacing kitchen worktops and units, repairing and installing fencing.
You should have a good attitude to health and safety and hold a current CSCS card. Additional health and safety qualifications will be advantageous.
