Earlier this year, Govan Housing Association piloted an Owners’ Forum, inviting a small number of owners to attend. Due to its success, a further meeting has been arranged which will take place on Wednesday 21 September 2022, commencing at 7:30pm within Riverside Hall, 29-31 Clydebrae St, Govan, Glasgow G51 2AJ.

Property Factoring Service

We write to introduce Allan Maclean who has been appointed Property Management (Factoring) Officer with Govan Housing Association.

Allan and his team of Peter Needham and Cara McFadden are your dedicated Property Factoring team, assisting homeowners in maintaining the common parts of your development.

Govan Housing Association are committed to supporting our customers and their properties and we’re always happy to work with homeowners who wish to see the future of their property planned for.

We will shortly be undertaking a property visit to your development. However, in the meantime, if you would like to discuss any issues concerning the common areas of your development, Allan or a member of the team would be happy to further discuss over the phone or at an arranged site meeting.

Alternatively, if there is an appetite amongst the collective homeowners, we would also be happy to arrange an evening meeting with homeowners to review matters further. This would be separate from the owner’s forum.

Your feedback is welcome at any time and we look forward to working with you to ensure the maintenance of your property is carried out to your satisfaction.

You can make an appointment with a member of the factoring team. To make the appointment you can use any contact methods to arrange this.

We also have drop in services on a Monday afternoon from 12:30 – 17:00 and Thursday morning 8:30 – 12:30 so owners will not need an appointment to speak to the factoring team during the drop in sessions.
