Housing Manager Community Engagement

We are seeking to employ an experienced and customer focused individual to manage the delivery of our key strategic and operational objectives within our Housing &Community Engagement Team to achieve resident-led, continuous improvement. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement service improvements and deliver customer value and value for money through effective operational management of Govan Housing Associations’ housing management community engagement services.
A positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service is required, as is a working knowledge of community engagement. The post will include some home visits and may require occasional evening/weekend working.
The role will have line management responsibility for the Housing & Community Engagement team and should have recent experience of successfully managing and supporting staff to achieve targets and objectives.
