Job Type: Full-time, Govan based
Salary £32,101 – £33,137 (Pay Award Pending from 1st April 2020)
Permanent Post – 40 hours a week
Govan HOME Team Ltd, which is part of the Govan Housing Association Group, requires a quality Roofer to join their team. The main objective of the role is to deliver Govan Housing Association’s gutter cleaning programme, reporting on the condition of the roof coverings and components, carrying out any minor repairs as necessary to the rainwater goods and roof coverings.
Skills and Experience required:
- Essential – Trained to SVQ Roofing (Construction) at SCQF Level (5)
- Essential – A clean driving licence
- Desirable – Trained in the safe use of personal fall arrest systems
- Desirable – Trained in the safe use of prefabricated access towers (PASMA)
- Desirable – Trained in the safe use of truck mounted elevated working platforms (IPAF 1b)
- A friendly approach to the associations tenants customers and client team.
