Stock Condition Surveys

We are currently carrying out Stock Condition Surveys across all our homes. We do this to check how your home is doing and to help us plan for any future repairs or upgrades.

We have appointed The HOME Team to carry out these surveys on our behalf. A member of the team will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment to complete the survey.

Why is this important?

Allowing us access to carry out the survey helps us:

• See what shape your home is in
• Identify any repairs that may be needed
• Plan future maintenance and ensure important parts (such as your kitchen or bathroom) are upgraded at the right time

What will happen during the survey?

During the visit, one of The HOME Team will:

• Check the condition of things like windows, kitchens, and bathrooms
• Make sure your home is safe (this includes checking smoke alarms, gas and electricity supply, and looking for any signs of damp or mould)

The visit is for inspection purposes only and should take no longer than 60 minutes.
