Due to our recent feedback survey on our office opening preferences, we asked our customers what is the preferred method of contact that is more suitable.  A large majority of our customers would rather contact us by telephone.

As of Monday 29th November 2021, we made some improvements to our Telephone System to engage with our customers and ensure we are providing a call back service by the next working day .
