£27,440 – £34,456 Grade 5/6 Depending on Experience

Govan Housing Association is a community focused Registered Social Landlord based in Govan, Glasgow. The Association itself possesses a rich history and one of development and innovation. Founded in 1971, the Association was the first community based housing provider, leading the way for social housing provision in Scotland. After 50 years of operating in the housing sector, the Association now manages approximately 1,600 socially rented properties and over 600 factored properties as well as taking an active role in the regeneration of the area and continuing to improve the quality of life of residents.

We have an ambitious vision for the future and have structured our business to allow us to focus on our future plans.  We are now looking for the right person to help us achieve this.

We are seeking someone to support our Property Services Team to provide a first class property maintenance service which includes but not limited to, reactive maintenance, planned works and cyclical maintenance. You will be responsible for answer general enquiries; taking repair requests; placing works orders; monitoring job completion; general liaison with residents, contractors and colleagues on progress and working on repair invoices. Experience of complaints handling is essential.

A positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service is required as well as being able to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse range of people, while keeping a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
