Working with TIS (Tenants Information Service)
We are coming to the end of our participation in the TIS Capacity Building Programme funded as part of TIS’s innovative Engage Influence Change (EIC) project. This involved bespoke sessions with TIS and our tenants’ focus group to look at maximising the ways we engage with tenants, residents and our community.
Tenants priorities were communication, environment and repairs. Tenants have chosen communication as their first priority for the service improvement group.
We will continue to work alongside TIS to maximise good practice and networking.
