Email usOur Management Committee, which can have a maximum of 15 Members at any one time, has overall responsibility for governance of the Association, leading and shaping our direction and success as a business. All strategic decisions are made by our Management Committee, which meets monthly (with a summer and festive season recess in July and December, respectively) to consider matters relating to the business. We have three office bearers: Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary. To help manage and consider the various disciplines of the business, our Management Committee also splits into three sub-committees: Audit, Staffing, and Operations and Development.
Everyone is concerned about how their home and neighborhood is managed.
Tenant participation is how you can help influence the decisions made about the services you receive and the management of your home and neighborhood. It is a two-way process that involves the sharing of information and ideas with the aim of improving the standard of service we provide. We welcome and encourage you to feedback your views and we recognise the importance of meeting your needs and expectations.
There are different ways to get involved in helping us improve our services and our performance. It’s up to you how much or how little you want to participate.
We have two groups who work with us to help us deliver our services and to improve the neighbourhoods they live in.
Our Scrutiny Panel meets on a regular basis to give feedback and opinions on a range of matters involving the Association.
They will normally look at our policies when they are being reviewed and also act as a feedback panel on new initiatives the Association is considering.
