Our Welfare Benefit, Money & Debt Advice Service is free, impartial and confidential.  Our Financial Inclusion Team can assist you with the following:

  • Mandatory reconsiderations, reviews, supersessions and appeals;
  • Financial Health Check;
  • Assistance to apply for all benefit claims;
  • Liaising with benefit offices;
  • Universal Credit/Housing Benefit claims and advice;
  • Money & Debt Advice;
  • Energy Advice; and
  • Assistance to apply for all relevant grants
