Govan Housing Association is conducting a feasibility study into the development of the communal back courts within Luath, Elder, Taransay and Howat St.

Working with Assist Design, we will be consulting with tenants and residents within this housing stock to get your input, suggestions and ideas for how the space can be developed to encourage healthy, active lifestyles and increase inclusion and wellbeing of all of our residents.

We are also aiming to recruit members for a residents advisory group to liaise between the residents and the design team. Want to be part of this? Let us know when you complete your survey.

Everyone is concerned about how their home and neighborhood is managed.

Tenant participation is how you can help influence the decisions made about the services you receive and the management of your home and neighborhood. It is a two-way process that involves the sharing of information and ideas with the aim of improving the standard of service we provide. We welcome and encourage you to feedback your views and we recognise the importance of meeting your needs and expectations.
