17 March – Our offices are closed
Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the importance of ensuring the health and well-being of our customers and staff is protected the Association is taking necessary steps to try and minimise the risks of this where we can. We are continually monitoring the advice and guidance from the Scottish Government and NHS officials and will update our website and social media as and when necessary.
We are working to maintain essential services and we can advise that we have the following contingencies in place;
- Our office, and the Community Hubs on Govan Road, are closed to the public we would encourage you to contact us by telephone on 0141 440 0308 or email general@govanha.org.uk;
- Our staff will not be attending any public or non-essential meetings outwith our premises;
- We will carry out essential home visits only and we will ask a series of questions before any visits are agreed; and
- Gas servicing and planned maintenance visits will continue to take place until further notice.
