The Association currently covers bulk uplift cost to keep our areas within Central Govan, Govan C and Ibrox areas clean and tidy.  Glasgow City Council removed the free service in the last 3 years and now charge customers for this cost.    This cost for this service is approx. £83K per annum.

We will continue to provide our customers with all Health & Safety requirements that include, Gas Servicing, Electrical Compliance programmes including a programme as part of our landlord safety Assurances.  For information we will always require access to your home to carry out a Health & Safety programmes.
