RENT REVIEW CONSULTATION 2022/23
Our Management Committee will be required to review our annual rent increase and will look at balancing the need to keep rents affordable for you, while continuing to cover the costs of running services and making sure our homes and communities remain vibrant places to live.
We need to look at a modern rent review that is linked to affordability. As a result, this year we are carrying out a consultation with tenants, which will focus on a review of our current rent system.
Our rent review consultation commences from Friday the 26th November 2021 to the 5th January 2022. We will send a survey digitally to all our customers we hold details for and a paper copy will be sent to return to our office in prepaid postage.
